5. Review of applicants' Instagram posts:
We may review the public posts (text and images) of the Instagram account you enter when registering or applying, together with the comments on those posts, and show the company you applied to a guide to the reputational risk of engaging you for a PR campaign (high, medium or low), together with the reasons for that assessment and quotations from the posts it is based on.
Reviews are carried out when you register or change your Instagram account in your profile, when you apply for a product, and on the first day of every even-numbered month (where you have applied within the previous 60 days).
Reviews include analysis by AI (we use the AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC, United States). The results of the AI analysis are confirmed by our operations staff before being finalised.
Reviews look for matters such as discriminatory remarks, abuse and defamation, and content that endorses or encourages sexual violence, illegal drugs, fraud or other crimes, or multi-level marketing. Posts about having been a victim of sexual violence or similar harm are not treated as grounds for a negative assessment.
Results are shown only to the company you applied to, and are not provided to any other third party. If you would like the result disclosed or corrected, please contact us through the enquiry form (https://hashgift.org/en/cs_about/contact/). We will respond in accordance with our established procedures.
